Condition of items are good for their age unless stated. However, if you are not happy with the item(s) that you purchased, we do offer a full refund provided that the item(s) is/are returned within 14 days of purchase and in the same condition as dispatched by our Company. The customer may incur any cost of returning item(s). Please explain the reason(s) for returning the item(s). A full refund will be made within 30 days. For item(s) damaged in transit recourse should be made to the Royal Mail and/or your postal insurer.
If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If we are unable to fulfil an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
